Ep 3: This episode is called Through Many Miles/ of Tricks and Trials. In this episode, they enter their first trial. They enter a house where they are changed into a different version of them. The first task was to survive poisoning and they had to make an antidote. Agatha, at first didn’t participate, but was then forced too. Jen was the one who had to create the antidote based on what she could remember. One effect of the poisoning was puffy faces and hallucinations. Teen didn’t have to drink due to him being only 16 years old. This shows that the road takes into consideration when it comes to the age of the people who walk it. In this episode we also learn a very important secret about Agatha. I really like the suspense in a way that it was constantly showing that Agatha wasn’t always how she is now but she became that way and it is my favorite when we get to see a softer side of tough characters.
Ep 4: Episode four brings a new trial and more secrets. Before all that, it starts out as them having to summon a new member of the coven because one died. This trial brings them to a music room and they are all dressed in different music clothes. We learn a bit more about Agatha’s past and previous relationships. In this building they have to handle a demon in order to escape and only Alice knows why because this is her trial. The trials are specific to the coven and each one is for a different member. One character ends up getting injured. If I am being honest this episode kind of made me mad. The characters were being so mean to each other to the point where I was starting to get annoyed. It was definitely my less favorite episode because of that.
