All About Agatha

A review over first two episodes of Agatha All Along

Episode One:

The first episode is called “Seekest Thou the Road”. It starts off as Agatha seeming normal and acting as a detective. She meets a kid who breaks into her house trying to find something and he is unsuccessful. We find out she has been under a spell and it was broken and she finally starts to remember who she is. We find out that she is being hunted by a group called the Salem Seven. They want to kill Agatha for an unknown reason. I liked this episode because it shows a bit of what happened after Wanda Vision, a show about the character Wanda from the Avengers franchise and how she steals a town and makes it how she wants. This spin off of a character named Agatha who was Wanda’s neighbor in Wanda vision and it shows what happened after the last episode of Wanda Vision.

Episode Two:

In episode two, “Circle Sewn With Fate/ Unlock Thy Hidden Gate”, Agatha has a talk with Teen, who is the kid that broke into her house, and he convinces her to take him to the witches road. The witches road is a magic road that if you make it to the end you get a wish. We also learn that Teen is unable to tell people his names. They go on a hunt to find a coven because in order to access the road you need a coven. They find their coven; Lilia Calderu is the divination witch, Jennifer (Jen) Kale is the potion witch, Alice Wu-Gulliver is the protection witch, Sharon Davis is brought as the green witch. The Salem Seven come to get Agatha as they are trying to open the door to the road. The episode ends with the door appearing that leads to the road. The new characters in this episode seem very intriguing to me and it captivated my attention that made me want to keep watching. I liked how each character is very different from each other. They help balance out each other because of how different they are. Some are very calm while others freak out which helps make the show not so boring.
